How to setup your emails

1. Microsoft Outlook:

  • Open Outlook, go to File > Add Account.
  • Select Manually configure server settings or additional server types and click Next.
  • Choose Internet Email and click Next.
  • Fill in the following information:
    • Your Name: [Client's Name]
    • Email Address: [Client's Email Address]
    • Account Type: IMAP or POP3 (IMAP is recommended)
    • Incoming Mail Server: [Incoming Server Address]
    • Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): [Outgoing Server Address]
    • User Name: [Client's Email Address]
    • Password: [Client's Email Password]

Click Next, then Finish to complete the setup.

2. Apple Mail:

  • Open Apple Mail, go to Mail > Add Account.
  • Select Other Mail Account and click Continue.
  • Fill in the following information:
    • Full Name: [Client's Name]
    • Email Address: [Client's Email Address]
    • Password: [Client's Email Password]

Click Sign In, select IMAP or POP (IMAP is recommended), then enter the Incoming and Outgoing server information.

3. Mozilla Thunderbird:

  • Open Thunderbird, go to File > New > Existing Mail Account.
  • Enter the following information:
    • Your Name: [Client's Name]
    • Email Address: [Client's Email Address]
    • Password: [Client's Email Password]

Click Continue, select IMAP or POP (IMAP is recommended), and enter the Incoming and Outgoing server information.

Click Done to complete the setup.


Make sure to replace the placeholders (like [Client's Name], [Client's Email Address], etc.) with the actual information of your client. If the client needs server information, provide the incoming and outgoing server addresses along with the recommended security settings.
